As far as i understand you can only use some subset from Java like Servlets, jsp and some special kind of datastore - The App Engine datastore is not a traditional relational database.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But with Cloud Foundry you can use spring, hibernate, mysql database.
